This policy applies exclusively to goods sold by Laser Light Company LLC. It does not apply to rentals, repairs, show packages, or any services provided.

CANCELLATION PERIOD / TIMEFRAME

The consumer is entitled to request a return and refund of their purchase within 14 days of the goods being accepted. If a return or refund request is sent outside of this 14-day period, it is the sole decision of Laser Light Company LLC as to whether or not the return or refund will be granted.

Laser Light Company LLC will make a good faith attempt to process returns if it is determined that the goods can be resold, reused, or that the company can recoup the investment made into the production and manufacturing of the purchased products.

If the request is approved, a 25% restocking fee based on the listed website price may apply, at the discretion of Laser Light Company LLC.

Note: Refunds are not offered on software rental license options. Please note that all sales of rental software are final. Additionally, refunds are not offered on international orders sent from our US office.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS MADE FOR ORDERS

In cases where a payment or deposit is made on an order and the subsequent order is put into production, please note that such payments and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed at the sole discretion of Laser Light Company LLC.

Note: Refunds are not offered on payments or deposits made for software licenses sold through Laser Light Company LLC. All software sales are considered final. Requests to return, refund, or exchange software are at the sole discretion of Laser Light Company LLC.

METHOD OF REFUND

Refunds to the buyer will be made using their original method of payment or through a check or electronic payment from Laser Light Company LLC.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS

When returning an item to Laser Light Company LLC, the buyer is obliged to return the item undamaged and complete, in the item’s original packaging. If the consumer returns the items to the seller without original packaging or if the items are deemed to be damaged (including during transit), this damage may be considered by the contracting parties as serious, and the buyer may not be entitled to a refund.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT GOODS

If a client receives goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival, they have five business days to notify Laser Light Company LLC of the issue. Notifications should be sent via email to support@laserlightcompany.com.

Proof documenting the damage, defectiveness, or incorrect goods should be emailed to support@laserlightcompany.com in the form of photos, video, or related media. This documentation is necessary to address the claim.

Once we confirm via email that the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will coordinate the return or replacement of the goods and facilitate an appropriate exchange. The return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Once the damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are received back by Laser Light Company LLC, we will coordinate the appropriate replacement products for the buyer. Replacement products will be the same as those originally purchased or an agreed-upon replacement confirmed by both the buyer and Laser Light Company LLC.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS

Return shipping and packaging costs to and from Laser Light Company LLC are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified and agreed.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Delivery and shipping charges to the buyer are non-refundable once the items have been received, as documented with our approved shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, and other approved shipping providers).

PRODUCTS RETURNED EXCEEDING CANCELLATION PERIOD

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after fourteen days of a consumer receiving the goods unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and Laser Light Company LLC.

RETURN AND REFUND LANGUAGE

This Return and Refund Policy was written in the English language. English interpretation will override any other translations or interpretations of this policy’s text.
