Typhoon is available with or without an external AC unit. If you plan to use Typhoon in an environment with temperatures exceeding 35 °C, please make sure to choose the AC option.

The Typhoon enclosure by KVANT is a strong, weather-resistant housing designed to protect Atom and Spectrum series laser projectors. Its durable, galvanized steel build is ideal for indoor and outdoor use. The enclosure shields your equipment from rain, dust, sand, and temperature changes. The Typhoon comes in two versions: one with an AC unit for temperatures above 35°C, and another without AC for cooler climates.
This enclosure is IP65 certified, providing complete protection from dust and water. It’s perfect for long-term outdoor setups. The Typhoon includes an efficient air-cooling system to keep temperatures stable inside.
